About Us
At EventCare Kids, our story began long before the company itself. We are three friends who have worked side by side for more than 20 years in different environments connected to education, childcare, and event planning. Over the years, we have built not only professional experience but also a deep understanding of children, families, and the fast-paced nature of special events.
From classrooms and childcare settings to weddings, private celebrations, and corporate events, we repeatedly saw the same challenge: parents wanting to fully enjoy meaningful moments while still ensuring their children were safe, engaged, and genuinely cared for. Event organizers also struggled to find dependable childcare teams that could seamlessly integrate into their events with professionalism, warmth, and flexibility.
Although we had already been providing childcare support at events for years, it wasn’t until recently that we realized there was a much bigger need for a reliable, organized, and experienced company dedicated exclusively to on-site event childcare.
That realization led to the creation of EventCare Kids.
Our mission is simple: to provide thoughtful, high-quality childcare solutions that allow parents to feel at ease and event hosts to feel fully supported. We believe children deserve more than supervision — they deserve attentive care, engaging activities, and a team that truly understands how to create a safe and positive experience within any event environment.
Today, EventCare Kids brings together decades of combined experience, professionalism, creativity, and genuine passion for working with children. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, private celebration, or special gathering, we are committed to creating a smooth, stress-free experience for both families and organizers from beginning to end.

Diana Rios
Founder / Event Nanny
Diana is a mother of two with over 20 years of experience teaching and caring for children. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, an Early Childhood Education certification, and a degree in Music Studies, which enrich her holistic approach to child development and learning.
She also has experience planning and serving events, bringing organization, warmth, and attention to detail to every occasion. Her mission is to honor each child’s individuality by building trust-based relationships that foster safety, joy, and confidence, while creating a supportive environment where children, parents, and event coordinators feel cared for and every event is thoughtfully planned and served with excellence.

Angela is a mother of two with a background in Early Childhood Education and a professional babysitting certification.
With experience in leadership and team coordination, she is passionate about serving her community in diverse ways. Her vision is to create safe, welcoming spaces where children can thrive, learning is joyful, and every family feels relaxed and supported at every event.
Lina Carroll
Founder / Event Nanny
Lina, a mother of two, combines personal insight with professional expertise in event childcare. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Marketing and brings over 20 years of event service experience, plus six years in an elementary school setting.
Known for her calm, professional presence, she provides attentive, tailored care in upscale environments, creating a safe and engaging space where children feel comfortable, allowing parents to enjoy events with confidence.
